The meticulous care begins the moment the cherries are harvested. Each batch is quality-checked through floating, followed by a carefully monitored wet-processing method, including pulping, fermentation, washing, and grading. The beans are then dried on raised beds, turned regularly for even drying, and protected from cracking or condensation. Every lot is traceable, with consistent inspection and sorting to ensure only the highest quality beans make it to your cup. Finally, the beans are dry-milled in Kampala, preserving their premium quality and traceability from farm to finish.
